A week ago, i got a cystic acne bump on my chin. i tried using dapzone and arazalo to treat it, and i probably overused it. i noticed a rash formed around the bump, and now another cystic bump appeared next to it. should i use mupirocin to treat it?

I assume both dapsone & arazolo are capable of provoking inflammation. I recommend that you apply warm compresses to the inflamed regions & bumps, pat dry,apply mild cortisone type cream and the mupurocin to combat bacteria. If not gradually improving see your MD or a dermatologist for evaluation, treatment and follow-up.
