Very: Assuming DX is correct. If you have primary hyperdosteronism as from an adrenal cortical adenoma or hyperplasia, your blood pressure will rise and your serum potassium will drop making you sicker and sicker. Please be brave & accept treatment. If it is secondary to cirrhosis, nephrotic syndrome or something else, management of the underlying disease is what is critical.
