Primary hyperaldost: Since your aldosterone level is not elevated I'm not sure if you can diagnose primary hyperaldosteronism. An endocrinologist or nephrologist can advise you best. Testing your levels after salt administration could be the next test if the experts think it would be helpful.

Without knowing how much salt you are eating it is not possible to interpret these numbers. Low salt diet can do this very easily. Also meds you are taking. You did not mention if BP was high or low. Recommend you go to hyperaldosteronism@groups.io and primaryaldsteronism.org to learn more.
