Effects heat: Heat opens arteries. Blood pressure= cardiac output and peripheral resistencia. Lower peripheral resistance and heart has beat faster keep BP up. These are controlled by sympathetic nervous system. Getting up and moving may correct it if have normal system. In dehydration, blood vessels don't have enough volume so BP drops, heart rate goes up, may feel dizzy. No space more but get idea.
