Many possible causes: See your family dr. Asap. Is their a family history of such events or cardiac problems or anemia? Is their a family history of narcolepsy/cataplexy? Were you dehydrated? Bottom line is that a complete medical history, physical and lab work-up is needed. To what extent will be determined by your family dr. Who knows you best.

Arrhythmia: It could be a number of things.... What you described is an arrhythmia that had caused your blood pressure to suddenly drop and then collapse.. The most dangerous of these could be ventricular tachyarrhythmias, it could also be wpw, or supra ventricular tachyarrhythmias. This can be diagnosed with cardiac electrophysiology study and treated either by a cardiac ablation or icd.
