Age?: Osgood schlatters is aproblem that younger people (13-17) usually suffer from. By the time your bones have matured it is not likely to be osgood schlatters, i would see your orthopaedic surgeon to see if there is another cause for your pain.

Perhaps: Osgood schlaters is a disease of unfused apophyses. This means in immature skelaton(pediatrics). After fusion pain generally goes away. If still painful needs to be evaluated by orthopedist. Can be persistent tendinitis or problems from a residual bony non union of the tibial tubercle.
