Stay calm: Stay calm and practice breathing slowly and deliberately. If you have ongoing asthma or a known heart condition call your doctor for advice (while staying calm and breathing slowly and deliberately). Otherwise, calm down and let this episode pass. Then, seek treatment for panic attacks and anxiety disorder management (psychiatrist/psychologist).

fearbased life hard: Fear-based living is difficult. Usually stems from early life experiences with a hypervigilant caregiver (parent?) or early trauma. Hypnotherapy might be helpful for you. It would be a way of exploring the source of your anxiety.
