Urethritis: Azithromycin and Cefixime (suprax) are useful antibiotics, but not the right ones for treating the usual bacteria that cause a urinary tract infection. If you continue to experience irritation/pain during urination see a doctor for a prescription of trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole.
