See your dentist : And maybe your ent. You are not likely to die, but if you have a rotten tooth causing the sinus infection or jaw abscess it won't get better till the offending tooth is removed.

Not likely: However, untreated infections can put you in the hospital, and in some cases, the infection can spread to other parts of your body. The sinus infection and tooth infection are unrelated. See your dentist asap.
