Implanon action: Implanon is a Progesterone contraceptive that should be effective for up to 3 years. It usually causes "abnormal bleeding". You tell us that the Implanon has been in for about 2 years and now your menses are regular which might be a sign of decreasing effect. I do not have much experience with Implanon but i suggest that you review with your doc because you don't want a failure. Good luck.
