Remove hydro + IVF: Fluid in hydrosalpinx may leak into the uterine cavity and prevent implantation and pregnancy. One possible treatment is surgical correction of hydrosalpinx then attempting to conceive naturally. The chance of obtaining a functional fallopian tube and pregnancy after surgical correction is small. Modern management is laparoscopic excision or interruption of the hydro followed by ivf.
