Right hip pain: Hip pain has various causes. Pain can be referred from back or even knee. Common causes for pain in the hip include bursitis and trochenteric bursitis one of the most common. Strain to the hip possible. Illiotibial band syndrome a common one too. Arthritis is possible but less likely at 24.
