How low?: Tsh is secreted episodically and one low TSH doesn't make a diagnosis. Are you experiencing any signs/symptoms of thyroid dysfunction. Are you pregnant? What are your other thyroid function studies. Most important, what does your doctor say. Don't decide how to treat yourself before you find out what's wrong and what need to be done to fix it.

Thyroid overactive?: It is possible that your thyroid is overactive, just a little, such that your T4 is within the normal range but TSH is suppressed. This subtle imbalance may not be a significant problem now, but worsening hyperthyroidism could cause problems. You should be checked out by an endocrinologist.
