How low?: What is the actual value? A "low" TSH may still be within normal limits. What is free T4 level? An abnormally low TSH level indicates thyroid hyperactivity and there is more than one way of addressing it. It would be prudent to discuss the results with the doctor who ordered the test as s/he knows rest of your health status.

How low?: Tsh is secreted episodically and one low TSH doesn't make a diagnosis. Are you experiencing any signs/symptoms of thyroid dysfunction. Are you pregnant? What are your other thyroid function studies. Most important, what does your doctor say. Don't decide how to treat yourself before you find out what's wrong and what need to be done to fix it.
