Anal bumps/lumps: Hi until proven otherwise this is most likely a simple hemorrhoid. If it is not painful, itching or bleeding it is best to leave alone. You would want to keep the area clean and to soften your stool so you do not cause the lump to increase. If anything changes please make an appointment at your medical office.

Most likely: A swollen external hemorrhoid. I would watch for now. If increasing pain, swelling or bleeding or if it doesn't go away in a few days, see a colon and rectal surgeon. Warm tub soaks for 15-20 minutes may help resolve. But if not, you need a proper exam.
