It's tough: The big thing is getting to know the "lay of the land". Even though you have a lot of lumps and bumps, they will not change in location - this is more of a background texturing in your breasts. Be diligent, you'll surprise yourself. Once you know where things are typically, you will want to watch for anything "new".
