Becoming a man: This is a very good question and simple in it's understanding. As long as you are working out effectively and regularly you must balance this with enough calories to put on good muscle mass. You must combine a work out regimen that builds muscles, burns off fat and carbohydrates and enough protein calories specifically to build body mass.
