Diet and exercise: Hi Nick, Cut way down on sugar and simple carbohydrates and replace with fruit, vegetables and complex carbohydrates. Read the book Sugar Busters for details. Lift weights. Either buy some or join a gym. A little jogging for aerobic exercise also helps. Good luck
