A black spot down lips & i often use to pull/pop it, then it become bigger .it happening from many years.like a little black flesh growing.any help?

See your doctor: I am concerned that you may have a dermatologic problem that will only be fixed by seeing your doctor. Continuing to pull/pop it and having it "get bigger" means that the process isn't getting better with manually decompressing the site. See your doctor before it turns into something more serious (if it hasn't already).

MOLE ?: See md to find out what is the lip lesion. It can just be a growing nevus or mole and the dermatologist can take it out.
