Dont: These types of products are dangerous. Don't look for shortcuts to weight loss. Change what you eat to include only fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, beans, seeds and wild fish like alaskan salmon, get 45 minutes a day of brisk walking spread out over day if possible! manage stress, and sleep 7-8 hours, and watch pounds drop.
