What is the question: You should be seeing a surgeon and not delaying. This could be quite serious and needs effective management. A general surgeon will be able to advise you.

I would consider: Treating constipation with miralax, (polyethylene glycol) two times per day if needed, or mag citrate. Unless you have bowel obstruction, few will be excited to take you to surgery. It may or may not be adhesions but i would guess you had pain with surgery for adhesions. Sometimes there is pain and adhesions but adhesions incidental finding. Consider getting seen, it may be time for colonoscopy, gyn exam good luck.
