Seems a bit: Concerning. Not knowing the details of the tumor type, i would think it would be good to have the radiation oncologist or medical oncologist take a look.

Possibly: Radiation to the hands and feet can cause chronic swelling. Any persistent problems afterbradiation should be evaluated by a radiation oncologist, preferably the one that gave the treatments. There are some therapies that might help the swelling and some medications that also might be helpful.
