Exercise: Establish a regular aerobic exercise routine. Eat a healthy diet that is low in saturated fats. Know your cholesterol level, and make sure your numbers are in a good range for you. Have it checked regularly. Don't smoke. Keep your blood pressure in normal range. If you are diabetic, follow your diet and take medications as prescribed to control your glucose level.
