Care for kidneys: Today's "normal" creatinine / egfr levels for men often fail to take a well-muscled man's normals into account; if you're 1.6 or below (or even a bit higher if you're really strong), i wouldn't worry. If you're higher, limit salt intake, protein intake if your physician thinks helpful, control your atherosclerosis risk, stay fit to stave off any tendency to diabetes. Good luck.
