A few things: Weight loss will help. The less you weigh the less creatinine production there is and the less filtering the kidneys need to do. Stopping / avoiding non steroidal antiinflammatory medications will help improve kidney function immediately. Otherwise, there is not much else 'natural' that will help lower a creatinine (improve kidney function). Good luck.

Don't Rx a lab: As your age, and especially if you're still fairly athletic and decently-muscled, this could well be normal for you. Life's difficult enough without trying to treat lab values. You're not a kidney patient unless there's other evidence of kidney troubles (inability to concentrate urine, abnormal urinalysis, significant proteinuria).
