Complex Question: This is too complex of a question and there is not enough information to give you a correct answer. Creatinine is only one factor in determining when dialysis should be started. Without knowing the cause of your father's elevated level, and what's wrong with his kidneys, it would only be speculation in advising how to bring it down. He needs to see a kidney specialist.

Nephrologists : There is no maximum level but usually depends on clinical presentation.Nephrologists can decide when it's best to dialyse. For now he should be evaluated by a physician to know what is causing the High creatinine
