Have noticed creatinine levels in blood tests are increasing slightly every time over the past few years. it's still in the safe zone, but just barely. is there anything i can do to stop the increase or lower the creatinine levels?

Nephrologist: It would be prudent to consult a nephrologist. If you have high blood pressure make sure to control it, If you have diabetes, keep blood sugar under control. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
