Pain Pelvis to Knee: This chiropractic discussion outlines some of the issues that may be involved in your case: http://www.Vcstar.Com/news/2010/apr/03/knee-pain-can-originate-from-a-misaligned-pelvis/. Anything that affects the pelvic bones may cause asymmetrical weight distribution and secondary knee and tendon pains. Arthritis and scoliosis can be causes. I would consult an orthopedist to delineate the problem.

Groin pull: There are a number of causes of this pain. It could be from a strain on your aductor muscles in your leg. Particularly the aductor magnus or the gracilis muscles. These muscles attach in the area of your pelvic bone. Try crossing your legs and see if you have the pain? Also does it hurt over your pubic bone? Does it hurt when you walk. And it could be from your lumbar disc disease?
