If actually in the-: -joint it would be along the inner joint line. if just below but over the inner tibia, just below the joint line, it could be pes anserine bursitis. you need an eval done by an orthopedic surgeon, as there are many causes of such pain in the area described, & only a professional eval & imaging can give you the Dx & a treatment plan to follow.
