Unclear question. sYou can get pain many places at the time of injury from nerves or mucles. What is important is where does it hurt after the moment of the injury. If no pain, I would not worry about it. If pain only in the knee, ice it and do only activity that does not hurt. If muscles in the lower leg hurt, ice and stretch and increase activty as tolerate. If pain is the bone, get an xray.
