Time for doc visit: Nocturnal coughing followed by vomiting is a common presentation for asthma. Asthma typically worsens at night, with exercise, exposure to allergies, smoke, acid reflux and with colds. While nighttime cough can be from other causes, regardless, it is time to see the doctor.
