Time for a visit: I'd be concerned about this as well and would recommend you bring your child in to see his/her doctor promptly. Dehydration can happen quickly, especially in young children, and getting a clinical evaluation is important.

Urgent care or ER: Vomiting that long is usually serious. Vomiting associated with coughing should also prompt consideration of whooping cough (pertussis). You should have her evaluated right away at an urgent care clinic or emergency room.
