Today i had flu injection now vomiting anything i should watch for? maybe related not unwell before the injection just had end of a cough

No Worries : No more concerning than any episode of vomiting. Very rare but form of weakness progressing to paralysis and allergic type reactions are the major flu vax side effects. Vomiting is not related. I guess flu season is different down under as we are a long ways from vaccine season. I spent two of the best months of my life in Sydney on a cardiology rotation. Wonderful country. Hope this helps!
