See someone else: Cortisone can be a great intervention in small amounts but 20 shots of this medicine is just not helping and could be hurting. You need to move on and get a shoulder joint specialist to review your case.

See ortho doc: Cortisone shots can make almost anything feel better but it does not necessarily cure the problem. Resolution of your problem may be acheived by visiting a shoulder specialist getting a good exam , xrays and possibly an mri. Treatment could consist of rest, physical therapy and ultimately surgery (arhroscopic or open incision).
