Stop clomid (clomiphene): Clomid (clomiphene) is an anti-estrogen that it works by blocking the estrogen receptors. Estrogen is needed to turn on Progesterone receptors in the uterus which eventually builds up the uterine lining. If Clomid (clomiphene) is interfering with this, than you should discontinue Clomid (clomiphene) and switch to femara, which may not cause this, and/or injectable medications which will definitely not alter your uterine lining.
