Clomid (clomiphene): Clomid (clomiphene) is suppose to make you form a cyst with an egg in it. This will also increase your estrogen levels which thicken your lining to get it ready to have a baby attach to it. Clomid (clomiphene), itself, can stimulate the lining to grow.
