Depends : Shortening your period is not a problem but a thin endometrial lining is. If Clomid (clomiphene) is causing as a side effect thinning of the endometrial lining the options are to ether add estrogen to the treatment or switch to another fertility medication. A thin lining makes it very difficult for the embryo to implant.
