unrelated to eyes: You seem to have vertigo which is unrelated to your eyes which are fine. Get treatment for vertigo. Even otc Antivert (meclizine) can help.

Dizziness and : Lightheaded feeling usually not from eyestrain. Due to the vague nature of symptoms many possibilities include low blood pressure, anemia, migraine , abnormal blood sugar. You will need to be seen to get worked up.
