Allergies treatments: If you have allergic rhinitis, nasal steroids are the front line treatment. At times, additional treatment such as antihistamine (i.E zyrtec/claritin/allegra with/out decongestant. Leukotriene inhibitor such as singulair (montelukast) can offer benefit to some. In severe cases, pulse treatment with oral steroid maybe needed. Other cases may benefit from allergy injections. Consult doc. Good luck.
