It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, and physical examination. Your symptoms may be due to dry air. Try steam/vapor inhalation before bed time. You may try using a humidifier in your bed room. If that does not help, it would be prudent to see and ENT doctor. Wish you good health!
