Several suggestions: If it is just over the last few days then otc sudafed and older drying antihistamines such as Benadryl (diphenhydramine) can help. This time of year start to see tree pollen allergy so allergy meds may help. If unilateral watery drainage continues then possible spinal fluid leak from sinuses so would need ENT eval.
