See your MD: There is no way to avoid or prevent pancreatic cancer. Healthy living does help. Regular check ups with your primary physician is always a good idea. Discuss your fears with your physician.

Healthy lifestyle: Everybody is scared of getting cancer-nobody wants to have any cancer- but sometimes- we are running out luck or perhaps we did something bad in our life. Anyway, try to live a healthy life style, don't smoke, don't drink alcohol- not even a moderate alcohol. Avoid as much as possible- processed meat. Keep your weight in good control, exercise, eat healthy well balanced diet, decrease carbs.
