Is it safe to take a regular claritin (loratadine) every day indefinitely? i've had dark circles for years and i heard it might be chronic allergies.

Ok but: It is safe but would not likely solve your problem since the dark circles are more likely related to nasal congestion which Claritin does not help. Try a nasal steroid for a few months and see what happens. If still not helpful. considering consulting an allergist.
