Developmental delays: & early-onset hyperkinesis, seen in many different neurodevelopmental disorders caused by inheritable or spontaneous genetic mutations & other medical conditions (e.g., low birth weight, prenatal infections & exposures) are diagnosed by developmental/behavioral pediatricians. Enroll her in the state health division's early intervention program for assessment & therapy while awaiting dbp evaluation.
