See answer: If healthy, no major change, other than the GB helps digest fats by secreting bile acids, so some people may have to decrease fatty meals, but most people have no issues at all. The foods you mention would all be fine to eat and would not cause any issues when your GB was removed. I had my GB removed due to Stones years ago, and I did not have to change my diet at all.
