Chest pain: There are many causes of chest pain and high heart rate, some of them benign and some like heart attack and pulmonary embolus very serious. Over the web no way to tell, see your doc.

Are you OK?: Did the chest pain resolve? If it returns, go to an er or see you doctor immediately if possible. It could be a heart attack! good luck!
