Dehydration: You are tachycardic (heart rate>100 bpm), very possibly because you are dehydrated especially if you are vomiting. You need to get to the cause of your vomiting. At 20 years of age, garden variety coronary artery disease as the cause of Chest pain is highly unlikely. The chest pain is probably stress related, as is possibly the vomiting. YOu need to see a MD to get your "acute stress" controled
