Yes: Hpv is very common. The incubation period between exposure and lesion can be 10 years. You may not get a lesion at all if your immune system is strong. Keep an eye on you junk and if you find a new lump or bump, see your doc.

Most likely: There are over 120 different hpv viruses and many do not cause obvious warts. The longer the exposure the more likely that someone will get the virus, especially if you have not been using any type of protection. There are currently no tests for men unless you have a growth on the genitals.
