Possible: Everyone deals with stress and depression differently. There are some excellent therapists and counselors, and with a good family/friend support system, you could possibly deal with anxiety and depression without meds. Yes U may: First it depends o u diagnoses, if u have bad , this is a chronic remittent illness that require ongoing treatment. Than depends on what treatment u take; medication can take 4-6 week s to start working and medication work 45 percent of time , psychotherapy works 35 percent of time , together they can work 85 percent of time . So it depends on u diagnoses and treatment ... !
