No: Cystic changes can occur in your endometrial(uterine)lining, but an endometriotic cyst arises from endometriosis of the ovary.

Explanation: Endometrium reflects lining of the uterus. Endometriotic cyst could be referred to a cyst formation due to a condition called endometriosis. Usually this is called endometrioma to prevent confusion.
